Walking Group

Come and join this new walking group and explore Kensington and its surrounds.  Great exercise.  Suitable for all ages and abilities.  Prams and dogs on leads welcome.

Fridays 9.00am - 10.00am

Group Meditation

Group Meditation Class 

Starts 15 February for 7 weeks

You will learn how meditation can be a simple and powerful tool that can make tangible positive differences in your life.  In each class you will be guided in meditation to assist you in finding better health and wellbeing on your path to peacefulness. 

Instructor: Jacqui van Heerden

Wednesdays 7pm-8pm 

Cost: $70 / $50 (conc) for seven sessions

Please wear comfortable clothing as we will be taking our shoes off

 
Ladies Only Exercise Group

Sessions offer a variety of cardio work (with some boxing to get rid of that extra tension!), strength and conditioning work using hand weights and swiss balls to get you toned and terrific. Each session is different but you are guaranteed a great, fun workout! Sessions are held either at the Neighbourhood House or JJ Holland Park depending on the weather.
