Ladies Only Exercise Group

Sessions offer a variety of cardio work (with some boxing to get rid of that extra tension!), strength and conditioning work using hand weights and swiss balls to get you toned and terrific. Each session is different but you are guaranteed a great, fun workout! Sessions are held either at the Neighbourhood House or JJ Holland Park depending on the weather.
