Study Support and Strong Foundations Program

This is a place-based program at Kensington Neighbourhood House that is FREE and accommodates all school aged children. The program assists in developing young people’s confidence and helping them socially and academically to participate at school in a more meaningful way.

Our wonderful volunteers provide subject specific support (Maths, Science, English) for those in upper primary and high school, whilst the younger students in Prep – Grade 2 work with our Literacy Intervention Specialist and Education Support Officer, focusing on Literacy and Maths.

Internet access, laptops and stationary are available onsite.

We welcome all families to participate and stay during the session.

Lastly, we provide online support when face to face is not an option due to lockdowns.
