About the event
Master the art of filo pastry and learn culinary techniques that will elevate your baking game! Sonya will show you how to handle delicate filo pastry while you make Banista - an egg, cheese and spinach pie (think Borek but with a Bulgarian twist), and Tikvenik - a decadent plant-based dessert with pumpkin, walnuts and cinnamon. A seasonal Bulgarian salad is included to round out your meal.
