About the event
Petit Four is a French term to describe small bite-sized pastries or confections served after a meal. In this workshop you will learn various techniques to prepare petit fours with different textures and flavours.
Learn how to make traditional orange almond cake, pistachio and raspberry friand, and 2 cake mousse with Kate guiding you through each step of the baking process.
