Sourdough Crackers

Learn how to make and bake sourdough crackers from scratch. While your crackers are cooling, you will taste test crackers pre-prepared by our sourdough expert Michael. They are quite moreish and are guaranteed to become a favourite. Class includes copies of recipes and notes.

Note:

● Suitable for people who have at least a little experience of making bread

● Basic Sourdough breadmaking is NOT covered in these classes and you will not receive a sourdough culture

● Please BYO apron, a rolling pin and a container to take home your goodies!.
