Colombian Street Food
Arepa is a dish that’s found all over Colombia and varies depending on the region.
In this workshop you’ll make two varieties, Egg Arepa and Filled Arepa.
The former, a deep fried corn flour patty with egg and meat or vegetarian filling inside, and is a traditional street food in Cateagena. The latter is pan fried and usually eaten for dinner.
