This 6 week course introduces participants to the skills and knowledge needed to work in food service within aged care settings. Learn about safe food handling, nutrition for older adults, menu planning and working in care environments. Delivered in partnership with Cultivating Community and Mecwacare, this course provides a supported pathway into employment in the aged care food service sector.
